Special Announcement!

2016 is definitely the year of babies!  Helping Garet & Halee announce their sweet news to the world was my third pregnancy announcement of the year.  They are such a sweet & adorable couple!  Our session almost didn't happen due to rain, but thankfully it stopped raining just in time.  I love the way the pictures turned out & that they made their announcement their own.  Congrats, you two love birds!

babies, babies, babies!

Eeeeek!  This was my second pregnancy announcement of the year, & it happened to be another one of my best friends again!  This announcement was a little different than the last one I did.  The parents wanted to capture the moment of surprising their daughter, Shelbi, with the big news, then have their little mermaid help announce it to the whole world!  Watching the parents explain to Shelbi that she was going to be having a little baby brother or sister soon was so sweet.  Shelbi was happy about the new addition, but I honestly think this water loving princess was more excited to put her mermaid gear on & get in the water!  She's too funny!  I can only imagine how excited she will be during the summer time to teach the little one how to swim in years to come.

special announcement!

Last month one of my best friends, Ashton, asked if I would take pictures to help announce their pregnancy to the world - duh!  I felt super honored to be apart of this big moment.  Ashton & her family mean the world to me!  Their little girl, Ivy, is such a sweet girl - makes me even more excited for baby #2 in September!  Poor baby #2 doesn't even know yet how much the camera will be in its face!  Ivy had a blast smiling, making silly faces, & posing for me.  I could take pictures of her all day long, if she would let me.  Such a little model, I tell ya!
