Newborn | Nolan

At the beginning of April, I was asked to do a  newborn + lifestyle session.  I have always wanted to do a lifestyle shoot, so I was super excited!  Granted this was the first time I had done this type of session, but I felt like it helped the baby & everyone be more at ease.  We started off in baby Nolan's adorable nursery, then finished up downstairs!  He was such a handsome little boy, & his parents are sweet as can be!

I couldn't help but snap this real quick, as Nolan's body guard was keeping a close eye on him!

special announcement!

Last month one of my best friends, Ashton, asked if I would take pictures to help announce their pregnancy to the world - duh!  I felt super honored to be apart of this big moment.  Ashton & her family mean the world to me!  Their little girl, Ivy, is such a sweet girl - makes me even more excited for baby #2 in September!  Poor baby #2 doesn't even know yet how much the camera will be in its face!  Ivy had a blast smiling, making silly faces, & posing for me.  I could take pictures of her all day long, if she would let me.  Such a little model, I tell ya!

I am going to let you in on a little secret... I have secretly been dying to have the opportunity photograph this little family for forever now.  They are gorgeous & super sweet!  When the mother, Brittney, messaged me about doing her sons newborn pictures I may have squealed with joy!  I felt so honored that she would even ask me.  Needless to say, I can't tell you how excited I was for this session!  Her sweet little boy did great the entire time!  Here are a few of my favorites!
